The user group promotions feature allows you to add users to a specific user group automatically when they donate to your campaigns. Promotions allow you to base it off of several criteria. Navigate to Groups & permissions → User group promotions → Add Promotion → Apply this promotion while. We include the following criteria:

  • User has donated at least X times
  • User has donated no more than X times
  • User has donated at least X amount
  • User has donated no more than X amount
  • User has donated at least X amount in the past Y days
  • User has donated no more than X amount in the past Y days

Also, be sure to select which user group the user needs to be placed in as well. To do this navigate to Groups & permissions → User group promotions → Add Promotion → Promotion options → Check off the user groups you want the users placed in where it says Add user to user groups.
