To add actions, navigate to ACP → Communication → [TH] Notifier → Actions and then choose Add action. The available options will depend on the content type chosen.

Action options

Content type - Choose the content type you want to get notifications about.

Title - Enter a name for the notification.

Notification providers - Choose the provider you want to receive a notification on.

Actions - Choose the action(s) you want to be notified about.

Thread criteria

Nodes - Choose the node(s) you want to be notified about.

Discussion open - Choose if you want notifications for opened, closed, or any threads.

Sticky - Choose if you want notifications for just stuck, not stuck, or any threads.

Report criteria

Content types - Choose the reported content type(s) you would like to be notified about.

Resource criteria

Categories - Choose the category(categories) you would like to be notified about.

Media criteria

Categories - Choose the category(categories) you would like to be notified about.

Other criteria

Use the User criteria, User field criteria, and Remote platform criteria (if available) to choose who to receive the notification about. The Remote platform criteria comes from the platforms you have set up using XLink. If you don’t have XLink or any platforms set up, this will not be an option.

Slack

Channel - Choose the channel to be notified in. The channels the Slack bot has access to will be displayed here.

Mattermost

Channel - Choose the channel to be notified in.

Discord

Channel - Choose the channel to be notified in.
