Importer Tool​

To import data to [TH] Reactions Plus, navigate to ACP > Tools > Data maintenance > Import data. Choose the importer and then follow the prompted steps.

Rebuild content reaction cache​

Rebuilding the content reaction cache will help if reactions aren’t showing correctly. To rebuild the content reaction cache, navigate to ACP > Tools > Data maintenance > Rebuild caches and find “Rebuild content reaction cache”. Then choose the content type and number of items to process per page.
