Entity Management

Notice: Entity management may not be available for all remote platform types. Please refer to the individual documentation of the platform type for more information on whether this functionality is supported.

You can access the linked entities page from the platform manager by selecting Entities.

The XLink entity manager provides you with the capabilities you need to quickly and efficiently manage your existing entity links. You may filter the list to see only certain entity types or entity links created by a specific user or in a specific time frame. You may visit the remote or the local content, or delete the link and optionally one or both content entities. You may also bulk-delete links by checking them on the left hand side of the list, then selecting “Delete” on the lower right hand side of the list.
